How to Setup Slack Notifications

Other than email notifications, Kruncher can also send you alerts and notifications to your Slack.

This guide will cover how to enable you to get notifications in Slack.

Click on your profile picture at the top, and select Manage Profile.

Scroll down and activate the toggle for Slack.

This pop up will appear. Click the link or the Authorize Now button to get started.

This will open a new browser tab. Click the Allow button.

Open your Slack and you will see a new channel created: #kruncher-bot-ai-notifications.

Kruncher will send you automatic updates as messages in that channel.

Congratulations! Kruncher is now connected to your Slack.

If you get an invalid message, that means the authorization link has expired. Simply go back to Kruncher and click on the toggle again to get a new link and do this process again and it will successfully connect.

You can also enable the chat feature by toggling it on on your Profile page.
