This process automates and massively simplifies your outreach process, reducing it to a few clicks compared to manually researching the company and the founders' Linkedin, etc. Inside company reports, click the "Contact Company" button on the left bar just below the company's logo. ![Screenshot_691](https://blog.kruncher.ai/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot_691.png?width=643&height=363&name=Screenshot_691.png) This will open a floating window and it will ask for you to choose an email template to use. NOTE: Read more on customizing email templates in [this guide.](https://blog.kruncher.ai/guides/how-to-customize-email-templates) After you selected a template, you can view what will be sent to the company/founder. The template follows the overall structure set in the email template customization, but each email content is customized precisely to the company's most recent situation with your fund details as well. ![Screenshot_682](https://blog.kruncher.ai/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot_682.png?width=860&height=902&name=Screenshot_682.png) Here are the fields you may customize: - **Send email from:** This field cannot be customized and it is based on the email used on email automation. - **Send email to:** Select from a dropdown list of the company's general inquiry email, or the founders' emails. - **CC:** Manually type in who you want to include in a CC - **Subject:** You can manually edit the email subject. - **Body:** You can manually edit the email body. As of now, you need to manually type in HTML brackets for formatting (such as bold, italics, and underline). Read this guide for formatting basics. After everything is filled up to your satisfaction, press the "Send Email" button.
