Enabling Your Knowledge Store

Kruncher has a Knowledge Store capability to make it even more accurate when generating company reports and insights by enriching it with industry specific knowledge.

Upload market research documents, internal benchmarks and more so Kruncher has better context and generates even more comprehensive and accurate analyses.

Your files stay securely in your Knowledge Store and are instantly searchable by our AI.

To access this feature, go to (⚙️) Settings -> Knowledge Store.

Press the Turn On button to active this feature.

NOTE: Enabling this feature costs 5 credits per month. If you do not have sufficient credits, you will not see the button to enable it.

Once enabled, click on the + Upload New Document button to start uploading your documents into your Kruncher's Knowledge Store.

Browse the documents you want uploaded, or simply drag and drop the documents.

Kruncher currently supports .PDF, .XLS, and .DOC formats only.

Each document also has a 100MB maximum file size limit.

For the Knowledge Store, you can only upload 10 documents at a time. There is no limit to how many documents your Knowledge Store has.

Once done, click Upload.

Kruncher will process the uploaded document(s). Once done, you can see the document's title, first paragraph of the contents, tags, its status and when it is uploaded.

You can view your documents by clicking View.

You can remove your documents by clicking Delete.

To disable this feature, simply click the Turn Off button.

You can turn this off anytime before your next billing cycle. It will fully take effect when your next billing cycle starts and 5 credits will no longer be deducted.
