We have designed an email integration system that enables you to: - **Automatically process inbounds:** When emails arrive at the connected email address, Kruncher automatically use them to update reports. The system continuously tracks progress and keeps reports current. - ***IMPORTANT:** If an existing report doesn't exist yet, Kruncher will automatically run a new analysis, consuming 1 credit.* - **Automate your outreach:** Automate sending personalized outreach emails to companies/founders. Kruncher generates an outreach message with unique details about their company and your fund, all configurable and customizable. These use cases are designed to reduce manual work in your processes, and keeping your information about companies up-to-date without the mental load of remembering and following-up. To do this, go to (1) Settings (⚙️) on the top right, and choose the (2) Connect Email tab at the left. Then, (3) choose your email client: Gmail or Outlook. NOTE: Only Gmail and Outlook is supported. If the email you want to connect is a Yahoo/Hotmail/others, please contact us at [info@kruncher.ai](mailto:info@kruncher.ai). ![Screenshot_757](https://blog.kruncher.ai/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot_757.png?width=1898&height=1011&name=Screenshot_757.png) You will be re-directed to sign-in and grant access and permissions to Kruncher to send and receive email. *NOTE: Kruncher is GDPR Compliant, ISO 27001 Certified and SOC 2 Type 1 Certified. Kruncher does not store your data. Read more about [our data & privacy policy](https://kruncher.ai/privacy/) here.* After the process is done, you might need to wait 5-10 for the connection to appear in Kruncher. When your email is connected to Kruncher, it will state the status as "active". Below, you will see a table of Processed Emails. You can see processed emails and their classification.  ![connecting your email image02](https://blog.kruncher.ai/hs-fs/hubfs/connecting%20your%20email%20image02.jpg?width=1232&height=892&name=connecting%20your%20email%20image02.jpg) The Status column indicates Kruncher's behavior with that email: - Inbound: A new deal opportunity (founder's pitch, new sign-up for your accelerator, etc.) Kruncher will add the deal automatically to your inbox. - If this is a completely new deal, Kruncher will run a new analysis and this will consume 1 credit. - If you receive a follow-up email with new information for a company that already exists in Kruncher, Kruncher will add-on the new information to the existing report. - Credit consumption will depend on the scale of update, with minor updates not consuming credits. Major updates will consume 1 credit as it will essentially trigger a re-analysis. - To learn more about this behavior and fine-tune it to optimize your credit usage, please contact us at [info@kruncher.ai](mailto:info@kruncher.ai).  - Advertisements: Ads/marketing emails you get. Kruncher ignores these and does not do any action with this email. - Ignored: Other emails that are irrelevant to Kruncher. Kruncher ignores these and does not do any action with this email. If an email was not relevant, you can click "Report Issue" to train Kruncher. You can mark emails as irrelevant (like your personal bank statements or advertisements) or flag them manually as investment opportunities if they were missed.
